Siamo alle solite, io spedisco con un servizio di posta non porto io l'oggetto, se ci vuole una vita per consegnare in Grecia non credo sia neanche colpa delle poste italiane visto che è un'abitudine consolidata delle poste greche. Detto questo come posso essere responsabile per chi effettua male un lavoro per il quale viene pagato... è una cosa ridicola. Eviterò in futuro di vendere qualsiasi cosa in determinati paesi...

I bought a very special vintage poster and the seller sent it in a soft envelop. Not a tube. The poster arrived with very visible creases all over. He advised me to go and get it sorted by someone professional. That is an appalling attitude. You should have packaged it properly and protected it. I paid a lot of money for it. I took it to 5 places to see if they can help and no one can remove the creases. So now I have a vintage poster that I can’t frame or hang on my wall. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Premetto che l’acquirente ha tutte le ragioni per non essere soddisfatto però il problema nasce dal fatto che il corriere sia riuscito a schiacciare una scatola di cartone spessa 1 cm (non certo un «soft envelope»). Non era un tubo ma non credo che sarebbe passato indenne lo stesso. Comunque il problema era abbastanza facilmente risolvibile con un professionista serio ma, a quanto pare, in tutta Sofia non si riesce a trovare un corniciaio che sappia fare il suo lavoro.
