About this product

Product Information

From Darren Shan, the Master of Horror , comes the gripping second book in the Zom-B series. Waking up in a military complex, months after zombies attacked school, B has no memory of the last few months. Life in the UK has turned tough since the outbreak, and B is woven into life- and battle- in the new military regime quickly. But as B learns more about the zombies held in the complex and the scientists keeping them captive, unease settles in. Why exactly was B saved? And is there anyone left in the world to trust?

"A raw and deeply observant tale of a morally questionable kid trying, and usually failing, to move beyond the ingrained racism instilled by B's father. • Great book

Great sequel to the first zom-b. Darren Shan has a way of keeping the reader interested and wanting more. Great series, especially for someone like myself who doesn't particularly enjoy reading. It has a bit of strong language and is very gory, so if that is an issue you might want to steer clear of this series.

  • Not quite as impressed with book 2.

Not quite as impressed with book 2 as I was with book 1. This one leaned a little to closely to the military realm which I am bored with when it comes to zombie books. However, the ending started to gear toward something else so it will be interesting to see where this series ends up. On to book 3.
