    Great app with no internet needed.

    To think that this used to cost hundreds of dollars! I resurrected my old XP computer just for gaming and decided to use a designing app offline. Only these old ones don't require online presence to download, a plus! Photoshop is supposed to be complicated because it can do so much more than the free apps online but because I am familiar with the free ones and Vistaprint designing I was able to jump in and start using it right away. I can learn the more in depth things as I go. A great value!

    Great for PC still using Windows XP

    Still could not open pics taken with Samsung Galaxy 7 but not an Abobe problem. Common error message about invalid JPG or JPEG file. Quick online search revealed solution: instead open pics with Paint and then resave with slightly different file name as JPEG, JPG. Then re-open using Adobe 4 Elements. Voila! Probably could have done same thing with newer version of Photoshop but don't use it that much and makes more sense to have a version designed to run on XP.... until my PC dies.
