Reviews
This is an exceptional and important book that excels in its organization, readability, practicality, value, and relevance to family medicine... The book would be helpful (and should be required reading) for health professions students, residents, and junior practitioners of all specialties, but the text is so practical that even seasoned clinicians (perhaps unaware of suboptimal communication styles) would benefit., ""This is an exceptional and important book that excels in its organization, readability, practicality, value, and relevance to family medicine... Beyond great price. The media itself (CDs) were in NM (near mint) condition. Packaging was in fair condition, so stating Good in the description was reasonable if not downplaying the media itself. Nothing to complain about. Shipping was free and arrived exactly a week later (5 business days). Would definitely recommend and do business with seller again! A++

SecondSalecom is one of my go to sellers, because they have a large selection and I can usually find the book or movie that I want from them at a low price if not the lowest price on eBay. Also, when I buy three books/movies I get a fourth book/movie free. Shipping is also free. This was a great transaction. The DVD was packaged well, shipped promptly and is just as described. I will be back to buy again. Thank you!!

  • Important Read for Medical Providers

This is a seminal book in the delivery of adverse news to patients. It is followed by many medical schools and has been co-opted by many others. The text is a little dated but still applicable to today's practice. Important for early practitioners or those new to addressing adverse events with patients. With a little alteration, it is applicable to other professions. Final words? Morbid but meaningful.
