We checked it out on google and it can t be changed. We had never heard of this, but seller knew and didn't say anything when we ordered the dvds. We had to pay $42.25 shipping to send them back, which was almost as much as they cost.

The parcel had bubble wrap attached to it on the inside, which gave the DVDs superb protection, because the bubble wrap surrounded them. The DVD looked how it was described and this was a brilliant value product.
