Most relevant reviews

  • Thought provoking and relevant

The author, Gregory Copley, has spun together a vast swath of history and made it relevant to the headlines of today. Mr. Copley has made an excellent case for the study of history within the context of achieving a biological imperative - victory. In this, many of a more scholarly bent, will decree that much of the book is opinion that denies the historical significance of 'turning points,' generally accepted by the academic community. Yet, I submit, that this book was not written for the scholar, but for the layman. Its language is accessible without being dumbed down. More importantly though, the book will make you think. This is the only book I have recommended to all my colleagues this year. TJ Auker e-articlesite.com
