    The DVD was as advertised, brand new still in the shrink wrap. Order was dispatched within 2 days but Australia Post delivery did take a long time from the time it was posted (10 days). I queried the delay prior to receiving the package and received a courteous reply to inform me that this is normal when shipped from a remote country town.
