A quality upgrade
I use graph text saddles on most of my fender and Gibson instruments. There are two reasons I do this. The first of course, is to lessen string breakage, although I’m not really much of a string breaker, as I have a very light touch when I play. However, the secondary use is what I use primarily, and this is to tame down and overly bright guitar. If your guitar sounds overly bright or thin graph, text saddles will make it warmer and rounder sounding. You essentially have two levels of this acoustic rounding. The string saver classics, which I use most of the time are mostly made of metal with a graph tech insert, and these team the top end mildly. A full on graph text saddles will make it much more dramatic tonal shift on your guitar. Plus, as mentioned earlier you get the added ...
