Their behavior is entirely unreasonable. The item was accurately described, and they initially agreed to a partial refund, which we offered at our own loss. Now they have gone back on that agreement and left us negative feedback. This is completely unacceptable and abusive. We urge you to take appropriate action to protect sellers from such dishonest conduct.
