Item was listed as NEW. It was taped shut (open package item). Does not work straight out of the package. Seller wants me to pay return shipping. POOR BUSINESS! MISREPRESENTATION OF PRODCUTS AT ITS FINEST HERE.

Contacted buyer within 30 minutes of his claim. I took the buyers word that it didn't work then apologized for the trouble and gave the buyer a full refund (including his original shipping cost). I also told the buyer to keep the item and not worry about returning it. He kept the item and the refund as I suggested. I am perplexed by the buyers claim of "poor business, misrepresentation and return shipping". I am very sorry for his trouble but not sure what more I could have done.
