Purse is perfect. I love it.
There was an issue with the shipment being delayed possibly due to bad weather across the United States. However, that is not the seller's fault. The seller sent the item very quickly after buying and the seller was in contact with me and was trying their best to help me get updates the whole time of the delayed delivery. I had a very positive experience even though there were issues with UPS. Great customer service.
