    excellent choice

    At first I was not a little wary of if it would work, but when the product arrived and installed on the camcorder, all my doubts were gone. The product worked wonderfully, the materials appear to be genuine, it is seven equal to the original. I'm not at all sure if it's a 100% genuine piece, but for the time being it works great. I have a Canon T5i and I am very satisfied with the performance and autonomy of this battery, I simply have to recommend this product for its good performance. I reiterate, I am not entirely sure if it is a genuine piece, it is assumed that it is, but I am not a photography professional or an advanced user of this type of cameras, my perception is that it feels the same as the one Brought my Canon T5i camera.

    is it real Canon?

    While the packaging may say the word "Canon" on it, I suspect that it is a knockoff and not genuine due to some font discrepancies between my old battery and this one as well as the fact that it feels lighter than the old battery. Does it work? Yes. Is it worth $14.99? Probably not. Buyers be advised.

    great deal

    Great Price and works great with My Canon Digital Single Lens Reflex camera the T5i camera. Was looking in the Photo mag for the same battery but was almost double the price. Great for a backup when I go Camping to do outdoor photo shots or when I spend the whole day doing photo's. I would recommend this to a friend who has a similar camera that needs a extra battery pack for extended photo shoots. It also comes in handy when you don't have an area that has electricity to recharge your existing battery. I no longer have to worry that I will run out on the battery when shooting. Was shipped fast and was exactly as they described it.

    Canon battery

    Purchased this as a spare to my new Canon REBEL T3. I didn't need the top of the line T6 or T7. It only came with one so I figured a spare would be good to have.I have been messing around w/new camera so I've been taking n deleting around 100 pics n it has kept a long good charge .

    Canon DSLR battery

    It is always best to buy name brand items. I had purchased a aftermarket battery for my camera and it never held a charge like a genuine Canon battery. May have saved a little but in the long run the Canon name brand battery was my best purchase.
