      Must read for parents and grandparents.

      I had to read this book 25yrs ago in police basic training. Every person that has children or grandchildren should read this book. I purchased the book so my daughters could read and understand the type of controling men that are out there. They can also see how a mother turns her back on her on child for the false insecurities of a man. This book is hard to read but should be read so more people understand the cruel world that we live in. My prayers to each one of you and your children.

      Childhood book

      In excellent condition. Read this book in JR High school when I was 13. I never forgot the story. I'm 44 today and want to pass it on to others to read and learn from.

      Great book!

      This book was part of my summer required reading when I was younger and I've never forgotten it. Now that my kids are in middle school I searched for a copy high and low and finally came across one. I can't wait to read it with them.
