I have tried to flatten it out, but cannot. Neither of my dogs will lie on it .

But when I took the cushion out of the bag it was covered in Hundreds of polyester fibres - unlike the first one I bought some time ago. I bought a cotton covered one as my dog has allergies but as I cannot get rid of all the fibres, I will have to find another cover for it!

- c***t (3499)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseBit disappointed with the customer service. they don't seem to care less about any problems. mattress topper arrived in a filthy ripped zipped holder which wasn't wrapped ( people I think use the zipper holder afterwards) with just the label stuck on that. when I told them about it their reply was 'what do you want us to do about it' I don't think its my place to tell them as they should have offered to replace the zipper bag. so would not use them again, and would definitely not recommend them.
