USPS wouldn’t deliver item, so I struggled to make time to go to the post office before they returned it to the sender. Finally made it in and they told me the seller shipped it as “media mail” which means a small book or something, not a heavy camera mount. They told me it was mail fraud, and if I wanted the item I’d have to pay the difference, which was about $15.

Can't believe all the extras you sent with the phone! Just amazing! You surely went overboard in that department! The phone was just as you said and better. Packing was super too, especially with that old credit card back you put on it to protect it during shipping! Talk about ugly. ha ha. But it did what you sent it to do. And it was a cinch to set up, too. Just put the old phone near it and it copied everything right over to this phone. Thank you so much for making this sale so outstanding!
