As a Hospice nurse who now has a mother dying I bought it for the other family members whbo needed it’s sage advice and knowledge. I like that the cover is plastic now. it will be able to be used for years and not rip, tear or fall apart.

But, the information was what I wanted, so I kept it. It is a 14 page book. I did not report this because this particular book doesn't need to be replaced. Almost always the books are in better condition than stated... so, maybe a different copy was sent.
