Seller did not provide any feedback during the "Make Best Offer" phase which was not helpful. Providing a counteroffer or minimum price ceiling would have been a more positive experience.

On ebay, it is not required that sellers respond to offers. I normally respond to all reasonable offers. If I don't it's for a good reason.
