I received two broken units, the tube was loose rather than firmly attached to the plastic base, which in my view is a safety hazard and the product should not be commercialised. Moreover, it is advertised as cool white but I received two warm white units (colour 830). Seller ignored my message and request for a refund. I had to escalate this to eBay to get the refund.
