      After a rebuild it works

      Ordered this to replace my carb for trybilt 575ss. Mounting point for throttle cable is all the way wrong. Swapped actuator assy with slide and needle jet from old carb so it would work. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure the needle jet dimensions are slightly different resulting in a very rich condition. So much so that you can flood the motor at WOT. End result is it works better than it did but definitely not as well as when it was new. It does start easy now with all the fuel!

      Replacement Troy Bilt Carburator

      This is a great bundle! You will need to drill a hole in the gas tank for the fuel line grommet, which is a great idea, (Easy to replace filter and hoses) I had to file the throttle cable termination to fit the new attaching point, but all came out well. Runs great!

      Not like for like with old one.

      The fuel lines were in the wrong place. Had to modify the throttle cable connection so it would work. This made it a lot harder than it was supposed to install. Too cheap to send back

      Be sure you have the adjustment tool. Factory adjustment is lean. You will need make adjustments.

      Nice Replacement

      I was planning to just purchase a primer bulb, but it was not much more money to buy the complete carburetor and two spare bulbs. Attached the carburetor and it started first time. Only complaint would be that the fuel lines were about 4 inches too short. Great product.
