Came with everything. Clear instructions and wonderful quality on the screen. Was awesome to buy everything as a package. No need to buy buttons, silicone pads or stickers. Soldered the extra wire(don’t have small bit)& works great. Seller was very communicative. Was a very slight issue which may have been my fault. Reached out and even offered to pay for the replacement part, but the seller said it was likely on their end and covered it. Would absolutely recommend you get your upgrade kit here

The screen is amazing. The install of the screen / instructions are pretty lacking. I would like better steps since its pretty involved. The case was by far the most difficult to change since all the screws are Penta lobe which are a bitch. Phillips would have been much better. It should also include the hinge pins since you need them. Taking the old hinge pins out ends up breaking them so for $9 on amazon I would have rather paid more to have them included.
