Excellent communication with seller. Fairly fast shipping via postal service. However, upon opening the box, the wire to the AC clutch was pinched/compromised. and a return process started to just get a full refund. May have been damaged during shipping, but they used expanding foam packing to maximize product from damage. So if you find a problem, please be patient for them to reply & resolve your issue. Also, it's imperative that you follow installation procedures for the warranty!
