The controller arrived earlier than expected. It came with everything as advertised, BUT it did have some scratches and scuffs and I do not believe this is brand new. There are noticeable marks on the replaceable joysticks that were included with the controller and there is a surface gash on the xbox button. Everything else is okay. Came in original packaging. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.
