Item more or less as described, not particularly well packaged, resulting in some damage and warping to the box, presumably in transit. No instructions included unfortunately. Item seems to have been exposed to damp, as the box and game board are slightly floppy. Displays well after being cleaned and repaired. Overall I am happy with the purchase. Many thanks for the opportunity to buy this set for a reasonable price.
