This is the first negative feedback I've ever had to leave a seller. My problem is the shipping price. I bought this one doll that weighs 4 ounces and paid the outrageous shipping charge assuming this seller would refund the difference because they are 100 percent. I messaged seller and they weren't willing to refund the difference. It is what it is but the packing was lousy for what I paid and box dented because of it. I Won't be purchasing from this seller again.

1st of all the shipping was not unreasonalbe, comparable to what others were charging. 2nd, I had sent her a discount offer which stated the price & the shipping & she accepted the offer. 3rd, I clearly state in my listing that once an items is paid for that I do NOT refund any shipping. 4th, no one ever told me or showed me photos of this doll arriving damaged, this is the 1st I heard of this. I am sorry you didn't read the listing before buying but all my listings state this clearly.

The seller was very understanding and a great communicator. They had given me an offer on the doll when I asked if they’d be willing to accept an offer, and I had accepted it. I didn’t realize the purchase had not gone through, and so I felt bad about not being a fast purchaser and also leaving them hanging for a day or two. They were very understanding and still sold me the item. Item was shipped fast and in great condition for the price. Thank you for still allowing me to purchase this item!

You're very welcome! I think this was an adorable playset & hope it makes someone very happy! I enjoy all my dolls but am having to downsize my collection. They don't make them this pretty anymore!
