This is a positive feedback, I'd like to point out that one of the coupler shafts had a problem returning to center, the return spring was damaged. These are the type couplers I was looking for and I thank you for that. A lot of work went into my project including making repairs to the return spring. My older Brother custom painted a #6017 basic Lionel Caboose. I attached a photograph of the finished assignment I had for myself.

Start with a frame
Because a 2368 B & O F3 is very expensive as a used item, I decided to make one with current Lionel production parts. I needed a 2 motor frame, magnatraction front & rear trucks, two motors with E-unit and a 8363 shell. I started with a frame, modified it for grounding, added rear ladder. Bought a good single motor 8363 complete, Obtained front truck with magnatism, rear truck with MPC motor & magnatism. Assenbled the unit, added a dedicated chassis ground wire.
