However, the pulleys have twice or more of the wobble as the old spindles that contained noisy bearings. Old pulleys have 5 to 20 thousandths up and down wobble and 10 thousandths out-of-round wobble. The new pulleys on the India made spindles have 20 thousandths up and down wobble and 40 thousandths out-of-round wobble. The pulleys are wider I assume to make up for more wobble. Could the manufacturer do better?

This was shipped quickly but the post office dropped the ball and it was delayed by them and NOT THE SELLER FAULT. I gave him 5 stars and will buy from him again. I did contact the seller about the delay and he assured me that my item was going thru the USPO system, so excellent communication. A+++ seller.
