    Great (just like my other identical one)

    I received this laptop a few days ago for my wife. We have been in a "configuration" process (off & on) of considerable magnitude since then. It has responded flawlessly (with NO "glitches") to everything and is performing beautifully accordingly. (I have had another identical HP for several months. It is equally great also.) Just as I have with my HP, my wife is also using it for bookkeeping, research articles (both written and audio-video) as well as in many other applications. We are delighted. By the way, this laptop is quite portable for a 14". It actually fits inside of one of my loose leaf binder size zip cases!

    I don’t like it.

    This laptop is full of ads. I can’t download apps without a ton of pop-up ads. It is so frustrating! I would not recommend this product!
