I purchased these phones and the add stated these were not used but open boxes and we ended up taking them to a Iphone store and they ran a test on them and one has been charged 954 times and the other 1128 times! They were both USED and BOTH batteries needed replacing! The tech informed us that these phones were used a lot! we decided to keep them and pay $75.00 EACH to put new batteries in them. This company should have to state that they are USED phones. Also the plugs and pins were missing!

Seller sent the wrong product. The package incurred $47 in customs fees which the seller did not reimburse so although the item was refunded I am out the $47 due to the seller's mistake.
The item was ordered Dec 6 for Christmas and seller sent with Asendia and it arrived well after Christmas. Seller did not ask about expediting, just sent with the cheapest option.
Do not buy from this seller! They will not help you at all if there is a problem. Ebay did nothing to help either.
