Excellent transaction-this seller is an angel! She contacted me to assure me that the antique china would be packed right, and it WAS! Each dish and cup was individually wrapped in bubble wrap, Saran wrap, and then draped in a furniture blanket and boxed with a top-of-the-line box. She gets it -customer service is her strength, and key when dealing with items that can easily break. It must have taken hours to wrap. Do not hesitate to buy from this gem of a person!
