A++ Seller as in very helpful, knowledgeable of his product, just a Great person to deal wit. I had a fitment question on my 2001 Beetle CD changer...different part #. Refurbished Unit exceeded my expectations, looks brand new, looks like factory wrap n packaging, exactly like the picture. Had a little problem with CD error, internet suggested; 1) unplug n plug back in tried 3 times = 1 CD works. 2) washed CD with dish soap finger 0nly so no scratch, rinse let air dry don't rub. Worked Great .
