The book's condition upon arrival was not good, damaged during shipping due to only a thin shipping bag which was torn, damaging book cover/ crunching the corners. SecondSale had listed a guarantee,so I sent photos of the condition rec'd, but SecondSale had only 2 options: a 20% credit, or returning book (postage would cost more to ship than it was worth).I opted for the 20% credit to my card, but cannot use this damaged book for the intended gift. Better packaging needed. Would not buy again.
