Definitely not Roloc (3M quality). For reference I have used the actual 3M bristle discs (side by side comparison pictured) in the same conditions. Most discs fell apart right away, leading to flying bristles. Abrasive was marginally comparable to the real discs. I would spend the money and get the actual 3M brand since they would last longer and have more effective abrasive.
