The new remote came well packaged but what was just as impressive were
the step-by-step pairing instructions the seller included with the remote.
I was not able to reach the controller box that was bolted under my adjustable base bed to pair the remote and I messaged the seller. The seller promptly responded & suggested an alternate way to pair my base with the remote if a learn button was on the cord; which it was.

Received remote priority shipping at no charge. Received fast and packaged well. Included were excellent pairing instructions. In this case however the controller on the base was inoperable so new remote could not fix the mechanism. When I called Matt he walked me through the steps to determine that was the case.
