    Items as described, well packed and shipped quickly. No problem with the seller in any respect but the courier was a disaster. The filters sat at the depot for several days, status was updated to "attempted delivery" - but that was untrue. I added a safe place and then the delivery took place but they completely ignored the safe place and left the package exposed in the front doorway where it would have got wet had I not been able to retrieve it.

    Seller very good, item and price very good. But what a total mess of a delivery! Yodel handled this part of the transaction and were unbelievable. I was astonished how they misplaced things and were wrong in advising me when and where the item was during the delivery part of the transaction. Eventually it was left by my front door with no advance notice. I will avoid Yodel in future if at all possible.

    Brand new quality fabric received in a pale sage colour. Arrived late, and the parcel was very bashed and battered, but the fabric is beautiful. Great value for a roll of Laura Ashley fabric. Will make lovely curtains to match the Whinfell Sage paper we have in our living room. Overall lovely product from a great seller. It’s a shame that the courier was a day late and didn’t bother to provide notification that the parcel would be delivered. Good job we were home when it arrived unexpectedly.
