Great company!! I love Chanel foundation and ordered the same color I have in the Le Tient All day Comfort Wear but BD61 in Chanel No 1 runs much lighter. Return process was very easy and I’ve since gone to Ulta for shade matching so that I can re-order the correct shade, BD71/BD91. I hate makeup waste and had I known the shades weren’t consistent I would’ve been shade matched prior to purchase. Seller was very understanding and approved my return. Customer for life!! Item arrived within 3 days. It is exactly the color I had been looking for. Although, the item did not have a seal and had been previously opened as I noticed the tip of the lip pencil seemed to have been pressed down into the cap. It is still in great condition but should have been labeled as an "opened box like new". Other than that, I am satisfied with my purchase.
