I ordered an RTL-SDR Blog v4 Dongle, it arrived safely within a week and the radio receiver worked out of the box after I installed the necessary driver from the RTL-SDR Blog. One issue I found was particularly when using the V4 dongle with SDR#, sometimes the audio would glitch and sound warbled. Switching the audio API from DirectSound to MME solved this weird issue.
