The seller was friendly and responded fast. I wanted more pictures of the items, like the backs of the cases, so I could see the audio and subtitle details. The seller had no problem sending me pictures. In addition, they lowered the listing price and sent out an offer. I love foldable jewel cases, perfect collections of an anime series, and have been wanting "You're Under Arrest" & "Angel Links," so I knew it was worth it. I live in the U.S. and the dvds came from Canada, but they arrived fast.
