I'm going to give this seller a positive rating so as not to ruin his 100% status and because it was my mistake to not read his description carefully enough. BUYER BEWARE!!! Read the item description thoroughly. The titles are a bit deceptive. This seller does is customizing Hot Wheels cars to look identical to rare Hot Wheels and selling them at a very high price imo. And he does not accept returns. Also, he has not yet left a rating for me even though he received immediate PP payment.
