Seller never responded to question about shipping. If I had not asked, I don’t think it would have been mailed. As 5 hours after my question is when I get shipping notification. Item was expected Wednesday, I did pay extra for shipping fast. I ordered it Friday afternoon, it was not shipped until Tuesday afternoon.
Item was delivered on time, and the item was exactly what we were looking for. I got what I paid for. Not a positive experience as the customer service skills were a little lacking.

As you noted, you received the item on time and was exactly what you were looking for. Making false allegations on me shipping or not shipping an item is ridiculous. If I wasn't going to ship something a message would not change my mind. Period. One of my dogs had emergency back surgery for a slipped disk and even after $10k still may never walk again. My focus was on him. Thanks for the poor feedback for a purchase the met the delivery timeline and was exactly as described. Merry Christmas!
