It still wants to take pics, but there is no way to operate the shutter. It also needs a new battery compartment door. I have been using a rubberband to keep it closed for the past 3 years, which worked well. Unfortunately, I tried to take the band off fast & without looking, & that's what got caught under the shutter button & ripped it out. This is the best, easiest to use, most versatile camera I have ever owned. It has been the workhorse for my eBay business for a decade. I don't know how to fix it & no shops around me can either, so I bought a new one. It is the exact same model. The color of this one is called Plum. Please look at all pics and read all information in the listing details before purchasing this item, as it constitutes your acceptance of this item in its pictured condition and your agreement to the terms of sale.”
