•Item was purchased on 2-17 to be given as a gift on 3-8. The item stalled on 2-26. After contacting seller several times with little help, I had my PO attempt to trace the item which they stated appeared lost. I requested a refund to purchase another item, but seller refused. I had to contact eBay. After 3 weeks and too late to gift, the item arrived. Seller's customer service is beyond unsatisfactory as they could have found the item which come to find out was in their state the entire time•
