      This is a good product I have been looking for it will keep my battery from running down through a trickle charge I am going to pass this info on to some of my biker friends that have the same problem I don't believe any of them thought about this before but I went internet searching and there it was INTELLITEC BATTERY DISCONNECT RELAY..

      Good quality, saved my battery.

      Good item, only needs power when engage or disengage so it stays cool all the time. Unlike the old unit I replaced which was hot all the time to the point I couldn't even touch it, and it probably drained my RV house battery all the time. Be aware though, this is a mechanical solenoid which means one must reverse the polarity to engage or disengage. Example, the right side little connector must have positive 12v to activate the solenoid, and the "very same" connector must have negative 12v to deactivate....! So i had to wired in a "reverse polarity" toggle switch to this solenoid. It was easy, just buy a toggle switch with 6 prone tabs in the back available at Home Depot, and cross wire diagonally...! google it, its well publicized. Good quality. Highly recommended.

      does the job

      I have two of these and one I replaced years ago the other one was starting to fail so I bought one to replace it, the old one still works, just, but needs repalcing. I will do this in the next few days
