Seller sent wrong item. I ordered ground coffee and she sent me cheap keurig cups. Not Happy. Now I’m supposed to find some label and return it before she will give me my refund. Some of us aren’t computer savvy& don’t have printers!!!All I need is for her to issue my refund and I’ll return her lil plastic cups of coffee. I’m already out money with nothing to show now I have to spend more to ship back. She didn’t get right 1st time.How do I know she’ll do any better 2nd go round. DONT ORDER FROM

You have contacted me i did apologize for the mistake and tried to resolve the problem. the coffee i sent you is not cheap coffee and i told you i can send you your order or issue a refund, you wanted a refund and i told you to request a return to return the coffee. you do not have to pay for the shipping as you falsely claimed on your comment, i pay for the return. all you need to do is return it.
