The water bottle arrived without a straw; it’s an older model and none of any straws I tried worked. Seller’s description did not state his bottle was incomplete or I never would’ve purchased.
I contacted seller who said he would send a straw. Finally I opened a case with eBay; he said he would send a tracking number. I had a 4-week out of town emergency ; eBay closed the case.
Asked for a refund a 2nd time; it’s only $10. Shouldn’t your integrity be worth $10?
