FedEx was not very kind to the box that it was shipped in it looked like they handed it a little rough the seller did a very good job packing that was the only reason the switching power supply’s made it to me un-damaged the description was correct they were not working correctly found every single capacitor that was under 100uf with a very high ESR reading compared to a new capacitor after replacing them I ran two of them for 4 nights in a row with out any issues most of the fans have issues**
