The box was resealed and the phone looked like it was used cause the start screen in all the review videos i saw of those phone was not there neither the theme.

1. The device I sent you is brad new. This is a Special Edition, which the box is only originally been banded with a paper band. There is no sealing plastic film outside of the box like other commercial model.
2. As I told you in the message, the "Harry Potter Theme" is only bonded with the Chinese ROM. In the Chinese ROM, there is no multi language, no Google Play Store, and a lot of Chinese APPS.
You are in Qatar, You prefer the Arabic Language, that is why you got the Global ROM.
