Hello, I am giving you positive feedback, but in the future please zip lock small pieces. The box was damaged and many of the pieces fell out of the split side. I filed a report with the post office, but have had no resolution yet.

  • The title "The Condominium Concept" is appropriate

I liked this book and recommend it to everyone who is an owner, manager and/or board and/or committee member of a condominium. It is very informative and should be required reading for anyone who is contemplating to run for the board and/or a board member. This should be brought to every board meeting as a reference which I plan to do in addition to the condo documents. It is imperative that the board members especially know the contents of this book before they run for the board and most importantly when they are on the board. It is their duty to the owners to have some knowledge of the contents of this book. This book is a wonderful guide and should be required reading for all those who are on the board of directors.
