This is a good small book that you can carry while walking. I just wanted it for the weeds i have in close to me in the yard and garden. I like that it has pictures, makes identifying easier. Price was reasonable

I liked this book because the illustrations and descriptions of edible wild plants were good as well as the cautions on look-alikes that one could mistake for edible plants. I would rate this book from average to good as to depending upon the information in its contents if one had to survive in the wild without any outside assistance. Great book well worth the read!
Great book filled with plants from north America, their nutrition values for vitamins ect. Good illustration over all a great book.

Guide for plant identification
Very informative with detailed drawings of each individual plant and explanations on preparation for consumption. A must guide for survival teaching purposes. Doesn't get any better than this.
