Very confused about this feedback. I never was asked for a refund nor told anything about the item being damaged in shipping by the buyer? Further investigation showed that by looking at the buyers feedback his last 113 transactions ALL had the exact same feedback left for them so he has received 113 damaged items and 113 refunds in a row? Very interesting. All I can say is I packaged the item very well and I never was asked for a refund thus my confusion over this feedback received?????????????
