Item received is working perfectly, it seems new but there was some dents due to poor packaging and shipping. Charger sent was fake and didn't work. Had a tech check and charger was somewhat modified poorly. however seller did refund me some amount to compensate for the charger. hopefully packaging can be improved next time and also test the items before shipping. Still a good buy. and still satisfied with the laptop. Thanks again!!!
